Cannabis plants seized in Bristol raids
Nearly 50 cannabis plants were seized at two homes in Patchway and Staple Hill after police received tip-offs.
On Tuesday officers searched a flat in The Parade, Patchway, under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
They recovered about 25 cannabis plants and growing equipment and arrested a man and a woman.
A 20-year-old man from Patchway and a 19-year-old woman have been bailed pending further inquiries.
In a separate incident, officers went to a flat in Victoria Street, Staple Hill, and seized 21 small plants and growing equipment found in the flat and a car.
A 38-year-old man from Staple Hill was cautioned for possession and cultivation of cannabis.
South Gloucestershire Detective Inspector Dave Gill said: "These arrests send a clear message to people that we will act on information we are given about drug offences and other crime."
