Cannabis dealer gets 12 months
A STREET drugs dealer who kept cannabis at his home in Montpelier has been jailed for 12 months.
O'Shane Finlayson, 20, was sentenced for possessing the Class B drug with intent to supply when he appeared before Bristol Crown Court.

The court was told the police raided the home of Finlayson – serving a six-year prison sentence for firearms offences – on May 6 last year.
Richard Posner, defending, said officers raided the property at 6.20am and found clear plastic bags containing cannabis, scales, a stash of mobile phones and iPods, and plastic wrap.
He said some of the drugs were found in a toilet cistern and others were found in a fridge. The total value of the drugs was £200.
Mr Posner said the officers also discovered £283 in £1 and £2 coins and £400 in notes.
Judge Mark Horton agreed that Finlayson had benefited to the tune of £683 from drug dealing and should pay the money back within two months. He gave him a 12-month jail term, which will run concurrently with his six-year jail sentence.
Judge Horton said: "You are 20 years of age and already have a quite appallingly serious record."
