Bristol & Avon League round-up:

Cameron Ricketts hit a hat-trick as Carmel United came from behind to grab a 4-2 away win against Golden Hill Reserves.

Ngoni Shito was the other scorer for Carmel, with Dan Lambourn and Billy Warner on the mark for the hosts.

De Veys' John Nutland was another hat-trick hero as his team bounced back to beat Knowle Reds 6-2 after trailing to first-half strikes by Craig Elliott and Patrick Legge.

Evergreen John Bale, Ben Garland and Conor Walker were also on target in the spirited recovery by unbeaten De Veys.

Darren Collett netted all the goals for Lawrence Rovers Reserves, 3-2 away winners against Long Ashton Reserves, who replied through Paul Williams and Leighton Bamford.

A penalty from Dean Brace gave Wessex Wanderers A a half-time lead at home to Bradley Stoke A, who rallied to win 2-1. Jack Williams pulled them level and Luke Taylor, punished a defensive mistake to grab a late winner

Iron Acton Reserves were denied their first victory since joining the league when Pete Gainey netted a last-gasp equaliser for Greyfriars B in a 1-1 draw.

Goalkeeper Paul Lloyd was outstanding for the Friars but had no chance of stopping Richard King's opener for the Irons.

Kaine Etele fired FC Bristol in front at home to Bideford OB, who hit back with a volley from Aaron Brooks and a header by Mike Davies, only to be pegged back to 2-2 by Oliver Corsie's late equaliser.

Results: FC Bristol 2 Bideford OB 2, Golden Hill Spts 2 Carmel Utd 4, Iron Acton 1 Greyfriars Ath 1, Knowle Reds 2 De Veys 6, Long Ashton 2 Lawrence Rov 3, Wessex Wndrs 1 Bradley Stoke 2.
