CPS won't charge royal hoax Australian DJs over Bristol nurse Jacintha Saldanha suicide
THE two DJs who made a prank call to the hospital looking after morning sick Kate Middleton will not be charged, it has been announced.
The pre-recorded radio hoax call was taken by Bristol nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who committed suicide three days later.
The nurse from Southmead transferred the call to a colleague at London’s King Edward VII’s Hospital.
The Crown Prosecution Service have announced that after reviewing the incident there is no evidence to support a manslaughter charge.
