Queen and Duke pay historic visit to Bristol
The Queen will watch a performance of Peter Pan at the newly refurbished Old Vic as she tours Bristol today for the first time in seven years. Her Majesty and the Duke of Edinburgh will spend a full day in the region – including a visit to the Bailey Caravans factory in Ashton Vale and a tour of the M Shed museum. A visit to The Gatehouse Centre, a community centre in Hartcliffe, is also on the agenda where she will unveil a plaque to mark the occasion. She will meet a group of small business owners based at the centre.
