Business booming for Jubilee cake maker
The Queen's Jubilee is the icing on the cake for one Bristol business.
A Clifton cake maker has struggled to keep up with demand for her gourmet Jubilee cupcakes.
Layla Pegado, who set up Layla Pegado, has seen her business boom as orders for her cupcakes have flooded in.
"Demand is huge" she said. "Yesterday I baked 100 Jubilee themed cupcakes – today 60."

The Brazilian-born baker says her home country has a love for all things sweet.
"In Brazil baking is huge," she said. "We are a party country and we celebrate anything with a huge cake."
Her baking skills were put to the test last year as a finalist on a 'This Morning' competition to create a new desert. She baked a traditional Brazilian cake 'Brigaderio' and give it a very modern twist with chocolate and passion fruit.
We asked Lalya to give us a master-class in decorating the perfect Jubilee cupcake:
Layla teaches classes at Devilled Egg cookery school www.thedevilledegg.com and takes orders for her cakes at www.laylapegadocakes.co.uk.
