Bulls boss Turner looking to new-boys
Hereford United boss Graham Turner will be looking to new signings Febian Brandy and Peter Gulacsi to provide the inspiration for the Bulls to complete a double over Cheltenham.
Brandy has joined Hereford on loan from Manchester United and will be making his debut in the Bulls attack.
The 20-year-old striker can also play wide on the wings which gives Turner several options before he makes his final selection.
"He is very sharp and mobile at his best so we've got to get him through a period as he hasn't played much football and get him doing what he does best, which is setting up chances and scoring goals," said Turner.
Also making his debut will be Liverpool goalkeeper Gulacsi , aged 18, who is also on loan until the end of the season.
"Peter is a young goalkeeper but they rate him very highly at Liverpool " said Turner.
"They are telling me what a mature goalkeeper he is and not to worry about his age."
The teenager will replace Craig Samson, who has been ruled out with a groin injury.
Striker Steve Guinan is determined to complete the double over his former club.
Guinan scored two goals against the Robins earlier in the season and is keen to add to his season's tally of ten.
The 33-year-old striker has scored 92 goals including five hat tricks for the Bulls but only scored 18 for Cheltenham during his spell at Whaddon Road.
Having conceded four goals against Stockport County at the end of last month Turner may decide to make a change in the back four.
Dean Beckwith replaced Karl Broadhurst midway through the second half at Edgeley Park and may get a recall having been on the bench for the last five games.
Wing-back Kris Taylor has also served a one-match suspension and is available for selection.
Midfielder Sam Gwynne will also be considered, having come on as a substitute at Stockport.
Today's encounter will be first of ten in 35 days for Hereford and Turner has impressed on his players that they will have to be ready for the challenge ahead.
"We've got a month now to really get some results behind us and make a fight of it," added Turner
"I thought we should have won against Walsall and Millwall, who were probably the best side we have played for a number of weeks, when it could have gone either way.
"But the Stockport match was poor and we've got to make amends for that."
Hereford from: Gulacsi, Jackson, Rose, Diagoura, Taylor, Smith, Guinan, Williams, Brandy, Done, Myrie-Williams, Broadhurst, Beckwith, Gowling, Johnson, Veiga, Hudson-Odoi.
