Bristol women's rugby team release nude calendar
The players of Bristol women's rugby team St Mary's Old Boys Ladies Rugby Club have released a nude calendar.
The calendar will raise money for CLIC Sargent and to build new changing rooms at their ground in Trench Lane, Winterbourne.
While some of the women took some persuading, most were happy to pose for the calendar, which was taken by team member – and Miss April – Carmen Etheridge.
Larrie Nicholas, 26, from Totterdown, said everyone had fun.
This week's delicious £5 5 O'CLOCKTAIL is a refreshing Tequila Sunrise. Available everyday from our Bar for only £5 between 5pm & 7pm.

"We decided to get muddy for one photo so me and my team mate Lamorna ran and dived into the biggest puddle on the rugby pitch we could find, semi-naked," she said.
"Being the middle of November it was freezing, but I'd do it all over again in a flash. I can't wait for next year."
Carmen, 23, from Downend, thought the calendar would be a great way to raise the team's profile, while also an excuse for them to work together for a good cause.
Jo Sully, 37, from Staple Hill, ladies recruitment secretary, said: "We have a great team spirit on and off the pitch and the girls involved are all good friends. There may have been a few nerves to start off with, but once the camera shutter was going the girls all relaxed."
Some players suggested their own poses, and everyone was keen to discuss their photos.
"We're really chuffed with the end result and are happy to raise a smile from everyone who has very kindly bought our calendar and in doing so made a difference to both our club and to CLIC Sargent," said Jo.
The St Mary's Old Boys Ladies Rugby Club 2009 calendar costs £10 from the Bristol team's clubhouse, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
