Bristol student raped while sleeping
A Bristol student went into a woman's room and raped her as she slept, a court heard.
Bristol Crown Court was told Kevin Liew and the woman were both students at the University of the West of England.

It is claimed that the woman awoke in her bed to find Liew having sex with her and punched him in the face to get him to stop.
Overseas student Liew, aged 23, of Crow Lane, Henbury, denies raping the woman in March this year, saying the act was consensual.
Kenneth Bell, prosecuting, said yesterday that the complainant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had returned home from a night out at about 2am and then fell asleep listening to a Harry Potter audio book.
Mr Bell told the jury: "The next thing she can remember is waking up on her bed with the defendant on top of her.
"She used the words 'terrifying', 'confusing' and 'scary'.
"She couldn't believe it was happening.
"He kissed her on the lips and she could see it was Mr Liew."
The woman said she made it clear to Liew she did not want to have sex with him and strongly denied that they had consensual sex.
She told the court she had returned home after a night out, went to bed, and awoke to find Liew having sex with her.
The complainant told him to stop and get off of her, saying: "I trusted you; just leave, just leave."
She told the jury: "He stopped because I hit him with my fist, square in the face.
"I then curled up in a corner and shook. Tears were streaming down my face and I wanted to shout but I thought he would kill me.
"He said 'I'm sorry'."
The woman told the jury that afterwards Liew was silent.
When cross-examined she strongly denied that, on the night in question, she had consensual sex with the accused.
She told Liew's barrister Edward Burgess: "If that was the case I would not have suffered for every second of every minute of every day."
The case continues at Bristol Crown Court.
