Sam Lengfeld, 23, of Clovelly Road, was charged with Shevon's murder and is due to have a plea and case management hearing at Bristol Crown Court next month.
Anyone who can help police should call the Bristol incident room on 0117 945 5564, or the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
