Bristol peeping tom faces jail
A peeping tom who looked into Bristol student bedrooms late at night has been told that he faces jail.
Lee Richards pleaded guilty to the harassment of two students between August 31 and September 17.
Bristol Magistrates' Court heard that Richards, 32, of Quay Point, Lime Kiln Road, off Anchor Road, told police when he was arrested that he was looking for foxes.
But he later admitted looking through the downstairs bedroom windows of a house on Evans Road, Redland where two students, Shona Lynch and Rebecca Couch-Horton, lived.
On occasion, the University of the West of England graduate, who works for the NHS and is an American football coach for the Bristol Bullets, also stepped over the wall from the pavement to look through the windows.
The case was adjourned until November 30 for probation reports, but magistrates warned Richards that they have refused to rule out imposing a custodial sentence.
