Bristol model misses out on calendar date
A Filton woman who has always wanted to be a super model, narrowly missed out on a place modelling in a 2010 charity calendar in the UK Glamour Girls competition.
Olubusayo Fagbeyiro, 33, made it through to the grand final of the competition after beating hundreds of women in the regional final looking for the glamour girl of the year.

At the semi-final shoot in Manchester, 5ft 9in Mrs Fagbeyiro, a credit controller, wowed the judges. But she failed to get a place to model in the calendar.
The competition was looking for women with inner glamour, backed by Rupert Young, the twin brother of Pop Idol star Will Young, and attracted thousands of contestants aged 18 to 68 and of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
Profits from the sale of 2010 calendar will be divided between 12 charities.
Size eight Mrs Fagbeyiro, a graduate student of the University of East London, said: "I received really good feedback from the audience. They said I did really well, and although I'm not what the judges were looking for, I should still continue with modelling."
Mrs Fagbeyiro, who is originally from Nigeria, and works for a publishing company in Bath, did a little bit of modelling when she was younger, but nothing professional.
She added: "I was asked by the judges which film I would appear in if I had the chance. I said that mine wouldn't be a film, but a show, America's Next Top Model by Tyra Banks, because she is a brave lady and she followed and achieved her dream and I would like to have a show like that in the future.
"Although I didn't win, this competition has really spurred me on to get into modelling, and as a result I have been contacted by people interested in me doing some more modelling."
Mrs Fagbeyiro wore a long black, glittery evening dress, for the grand final in Southport. Contestants were given catwalk and confidence training as part of the competition.
She said: "I would encourage anyone, no matter their age, background or size, to go for it if you think you look good. But it's not all about outer beauty, but inner beauty as well."
