Bristol man charged with neglect
A Bristol man has been charged with seriously neglecting his four children.
The man, from Hartcliffe, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court to hear the charges.
The offences allegedly took place between September 1 and February 20 at his home.
All four children are under the age of 16.
The 46-year-old was granted unconditional bail, and will now appear at Bristol Crown Court on October 9 for a plea and case management hearing.
