Bristol man charged over fatal crash
A man from Bristol is to appear in court later this month charged in connection with a fatal road collision in Cambridgeshire.
Gary Smith, 59, of Peterborough, died when he was in collision with a car outside the Edith Cavell Hospital in Peterborough on July 31 this year.
Richard Kilby, 25, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and has been bailed to appear before Peterborough Magistrates' Court on November 25.
