A Bristol man has been ordered to pay £459 after he was caught fly-posting in Park Street.

Bristol Magistrates' Court heard Ollie Prince, 25, of North Road, St Andrew's, was caught putting up a poster for a music event at Motion on a wall outside a restaurant without permission on March 27.

The case was taken to court after Prince failed to pay the fine he was issued with by a Bristol City Council street scene enforcement officer.

Prince, who did not appear in court, was fined £250, ordered to pay costs of £194 and a victim surcharge of £15.
