Bristol council staff take the Super Scooby burger challenge for Children In Need
Employees at a council housing foundation have been challenged to eat Britain's most calorific burger in aid of Children in Need.
Steve Irwin, Allister Young and Kate Berry, who work at Bristol Council Housing Foundation, will be attempting to eat Super Scooby burgers donated by the Jolly Fryer in Filton.
Scott Jacobs-Lange, who also works at the council, said: "The burger contains four quarter pound burgers, 12 onion rings, eight bacon rashers, eight cheese slices, two lettuce leaves, six tomato slices, four onion slices, as well as the bun and sauces, so is no small feat."

“I think its a great idea. Just by looking at the website you can see that a total of in excess of £200 has already been raised for what I am sure everyone will agree is a noble cause.
Whatever the feat to raise this kind of money the winners at the end of the day will be Children in Need.
Everyone involved should be applauded for their efforts.”

“Then it's off to the local to drink as much beer as you can in an hour.
Acceptable? Think about it before making pigs of yourselves.”

“Surely we should not be sponsoring people to gorge themselves for charity?”
