Former Bristol college student stars alongside David Tennant in new drama series
A FORMER student from South Gloucestershire and Stroud College stars alongside David Tennant and other household names in a new eight-part television drama.
Bristol-born Joe Sims has seen his career flourish since completing a BTEC in performing arts at the college in 1999.

Joe plays Nige Carter, a plumber whose colleague’s son is found dead mysteriously.
The second episode of Broadchurch, which was filmed in Bristol and the West Country, will be broadcast at 9pm on MondayMarch 11.
Joe said: “I am so please to have landed this part. I think the accent helped a lot. It has been amazing filming with such an impressive cast. The story is really great and not to be missed.”
