Bristol builder falls from roof on scaffolding
A Bristol builder suffered shoulder and leg injuries when he fell from a roof.
The man landed on scaffolding when he fell just after 4pm in Winterbourne on Tuesday.
Great Western Ambulance Service sent a rapid-response vehicle, an ambulance and an officer to the scene and the Fire and Rescue Service were also informed of the incident.
Ambulance staff gave him pain relief and put him on a stretcher and fire and rescue moved him to the ground so the ambulance crew could take him to hospital.
His injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
