Bristol boxer Lee Haskins chases world title
Bristol boxer Lee Haskins is aiming to make British boxing history as he sets his sights on winning a major world title in 2012.
No British fighter has ever won a world title at super flyweight and it was more than 15 years ago that Welshman Robbie Regan won the WBO bantamweight title.

Currently campaigning at 8st 3Ib, Lockleaze-based British champion Haskins is determined to re-write the record books in what he hopes will be a breakthrough year for him.
His Bristol-based management team of Chris and Jamie Sanigar are lobbying hard to land the 27-year-old a title shot and the pair this week entered into negotiations with representatives of Abner Mares, Mexico's IBF bantamweight champion.
Jamie Sanigar confirmed: "We are talking to the Mexicans and working hard to make a fight happen.
"Mares is something of a golden boy over there, is unbeaten and would be a tough ask. But we believe our man is the best of the European challengers and we might be able to do business with the Mexicans."
