PROMOTED South Glos (Hambrook) gave two 17-year-olds – Guy Knight and Jim Pittaway – their debuts against CTK Southside, who would have gone top of Premier I if they had taken all three points.

And the decision paid off as South Glos won 3-1 thanks to goals from Joe Towler, Sam Vile and Craig Trott.

The points were shared in the game between the top two teams at Norton Lane as unbeaten Teyfant Athletic drew 0-0 with St Aldhelms.
