People from the across the region are coming to Bristol tonight to start softball training for the 2010 season.

Bristol Softball Association Indoor Beginner Sessions, led by Coaching Officer David Lee, starts tonight.

David said: "The new kit has arrived from BSUK and so all beginners will have a quality glove to play.

"The Indoor Beginner Sessions will  give softballers a few months to get back into it, and beginners the chance to try something new, meet new people and learn the skills needed for the summer matches."

He added: "We will be going for a beer and a social afterwards at a nearby pub." 

The sessions start tonight, Friday, January 15, and will take place every Friday - excluding February 19 - until March 26. The sessions will run from 8pm-10pm, at the Gloucester Road Cricket Club.

The sessions will cost £5 per person.
