Bristol Rugby new-boy Norton wants to make it a Twickenham treble
New Bristol Rugby signing Dan Norton is hoping to complete a hat-trick of Twickenham victories in little more than a month this weekend.
The 21-year-old winger scored a try as Moseley stunned Leeds to win the EDF Energy National Trophy on April 18 – and followed it up with two tries in UWE Hartpury's British Universities & Colleges Championship final win over UWIC four days later.

Targeting a Twickenham treble: Bristol Rugby's Dan Norton
And this weekend he will be back at Twickenham as part of the England squad aiming to win the London Sevens.
"I've already had some fantastic experiences at Twickenham this year – and I know England will get great support this weekend in the sevens," said Norton.
"Last month I played there for Moseley on the Saturday and Hartpury on the Wednesday – and fortunately we won both games.
"I scored one try for Moseley and two for Hartpury, and both games were special.
"Moseley went in as big underdogs against Leeds, while Hartpury were losing at half-time and turned it round. So they were both very good days."
While Norton has enjoyed his experiences of Twickenham this year, he has also tasted success on the IRB World Sevens circuit, with England winning in New Zealand on his debut.
"I have played in Wellington and San Diego – and we won it in Wellington and lost in the final in San Diego," he said.
"Wellington was my first experience of international sevens and it couldn't have gone any better.
"It was played in the Cake Tin and there was a great party atmosphere, plus we won, which made it all the more special.
"This weekend at Twickenham is going to be great, too.
"I really can't wait for it now and we have had more than two weeks together, so our preparation has been thorough and everyone feels very confident."
Norton, who is also likely to be involved in the Scotland Sevens at Murrayfield next weekend, has been given an extended summer holiday by new club boss Paul Hull due to his international commitments.
But he is already looking forward to starting training with Bristol Rugby next month following his switch from Gloucester.
"I have just spoken to Paul Hull and he has said I am due in for training on June 29," said Norton.
"That gives me three or four weeks to wind down and relax before I come in for training. I am excited about the challenge at Bristol.
"They have built a good, big squad and will obviously be looking to bounce back up to the Premiership."
