Bristol Rovers - full list of fixtures for 2012-13 announced

Bristol Rover’s fixtures for next season have been announced.

The NPower League Two side will face Oxford United for their first match of the new season at home on August 18, followed by two away games at Barnet and new addition to League Two Wycombe Wanderers, who were relegated from League One last season.

Rovers will face other former League One sides Exeter for the first time on September 29, Chesterfield on November 10 and Rochdale on November 17.

They will play promoted Conference National sides Fleetwood Town and York for the first time on September 22 and December 15 respectively.

The Christmas fixtures this year will see Rovers play Rotherham at the Memorial Stadium on December 22, Aldershot away on Boxing Day and local rivals Cheltenham Town away on December 29.

Then on New Year’s Day they’ll be playing Plymouth at home in another local derby.

The last game of the season will be a critical one away at Torquay on April 27 next year.
