I think at 2-1 down Trollope was almost out of a job.

I'm glad we've managed to halt the slide, but I didn't think we deserved to win the game in all honesty.

Dave Tuck, Chipping Sodbury.

It was a fantastic ending to what was a scrappy game.

We're not playing great although we are starting to look a little bit better of late.

We just don't seem to be able to stop leaking goals. We also look like a beaten side every time we let in a couple of goals.

We need to show a bit more fight. It's come good in this game and I hope that this will now give the team a big lift before we play Gllingham.

Sharon Pike, Longwell Green.

I don't think we were brilliant and we were a bit lucky in the end.

I hope it will give the players a confidence boost, but really I'm not sure we have a good enough team at the minute.

We need a couple of signings to give us a bit of spark.

Andy Bissell, Bristol

I think my reaction to the winning goal was surprise more than anything else.

It was unjust in some ways and I think Carlisle will go away feeling a bit unlucky to not have got a point at the very least.

I thought we looked very weak at times but that was probably due to the conditions in part.

The boys have had the stuffing knocked out of them in recent weeks with some very hard games.

It is extremely pleasing to get back to winning ways but there is still a lot of improvement needed.

Graham Smith, Bath.

Well it may not have been a very pretty match and the conditions had a lot to do with that, but at least we won.

Now we just need to take confidence away from a victory and move on to better things.

The lads worked hard and their strength of character was great to see and will stand them in good stead now that this dismal run has come to an end.

Duncan Mitchell, Keynsham.

Well done boys we really needed to turn in a result and that's exactly what we did. Now we can look forward to the rest of the season.

Sue Little, Horfield.
