Bristol Rovers fan's view by Dennis Payter: From the kick-off onwards, Rovers have a lot to work on
Bristol Rovers fan Dennis Payter: When millions of fans up and down the country turn on to Sky's coverage tonight they might think they are watching the wrong sport.
Nine times out of 10 when Rovers kick-off, it is one pass sideways and then hoof it 50 yards up and over the touchline for a throw-in, as in rugby union.

It's embarrassing. Can't they come up with a different routine? They had plenty of practice at Orient.
And don't get me going on throw-ins. Last Tuesday, as in a lot of games this season, we took an age getting the ball in because no-one seemed to want it. Some players are hiding, though I exclude youngsters Wayne Brown and Charlie Reece.
I would love to be able to say I shared Paul Trollope's confidence that we can still make the play-offs. I know he has to stay positive and say the right things, but I cannot see that a young loan striker is all we need to turn failure into success.
I am confident that I will soon pick up a fiver from a City friend of mine who bet me his team will make the top six, but I wouldn't make the same wager over the Gas reaching such heights.
We need more players to show the enthusiasm of Mikkel Andersen, who proved how determined he was to get on the end of corners and free-kicks when he dashed into the box in those last few minutes on Tuesday.
Reece's display when he came on showed that more youngsters should be given a chance, and I don't mean just 10 minutes. He had more shots and was more involved than Dominic Blizzard, who at times seemed anonymous.
We need to get more midfielders into the opponents' box. Most of Chris Lines' goals have come from corners or outside the area.
Paul Heffernan could be a useful addition to the squad, but I was surprised how small he and Brown are. Maybe Trolls is reducing the average height of the side to make Jo Kuffour look bigger!
It will be interesting to see who makes way for Chris Wood. Let's hope the New Zealander turns out to be the saviour we have been waiting for and can turn it on in front of the TV cameras tonight.
