"I was very excited to bring TV's secret millionaire Kevin Green to Bristol for our launch seminar earlier this year, which was highly successful and so I decided to stage further seminars.
"I have held two further events to share my strategies and help other people learn how to build their own property portfolios and a secure future.
"These seminars have been so successful that I have decided to continue staging them on a monthly basis.
"I love working with people and helping them, it's my way of giving back – Bristol Fashion."
Experts sharing their strategies alongside Del include Peter Hogan, a lease options specialist, Jim Haliburton, an expert in Houses of Multiple Occupation and one of Del's mentoring students Natasha Littlewood.
Natasha was a complete novice to the property business but after six weeks working with Del she has three rent to rent properties bringing in £2,000 a month income.
Del added: "Natasha is the perfect example of how using strategies can get you out of debt and bringing in a regular income.
"I am looking forward to helping as many other people as I can towards achieving their goals."
The next PIM takes place at The Holiday Inn Bristol, on November 29, from 6pm-9pm with tickets priced £20.
Del, who bought this first property for £13,000 and his most recent property for £1.7 million, also plans to share his property tips via mentoring programmes and courses.
