THE Bristol Motor Show returns to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway from Friday to Sunday, June 29 to July 1, bringing three days of free entertainment for the whole family.

As well as a selection of the latest cars on show, you’ll also be able to explore a range of motor homes, caravans and motorbikes, before admiring a selection of iconic cars from film and TV, testing your racing skills with a spin in the F1 simulator, taking a taster driving lesson (11-16 year olds) or timing your laps and competing against your racing rivals on the MiniZ track.

Among the highlights this year is Bristol Volksfest – a collection of classic VW vehicles, which will appear in addition to the famous VW Beetle, Herbie, from the films of the same name; the A Team van; Kitt from Knight Rider and the Trotters’ grubby yellow three-wheeler from Only Fools and Horses.

Take to the track and race against your family and friends on miniature motorbikes, while the kids try out go-karts, or try your hand at F1 racing in a special simulator.

South Gloucester road safety unit will be offering free eye testing for drivers, while learners can get experience of the road in the driving simulator, or take things a step further with a Young Driver taster lesson – available to those aged 11-16. Also, stock up on the latest car accessories from John Lewis’ pop up display.
