Bullish Bristol Manor Farm boss John Black said there will be "no excuses" if his team fail to reach the fifth round of the FA Vase at home tomorrow.

The Creek chief was worried that he might have several key players out for the tie against Brighton-based Whitehawk, who top the Sussex County League table.

But having seen midfielders Brad Abrahams and Matt Thorne complete suspensions in Wednesday's night's 2-1 win at Bishop Sutton, and with centre-half Gary Saunders and forwards Ben Hiscox and Scott Feltham available again, Black has a near full-strength squad at his disposal.

He said: "We've got no excuses with the players we have available.

"We had Whitehawk watched recently and while they look a strong side, indications are we stand a good chance."
