Bristol City teenager Wes Burns earns Wales Under-21 call-up
Bristol City starlet Wes Burns has been called-up to the Wales Under-21 squad for the first time.
And the 18-year-old Ashton Gate Academy product will now be hoping to win his first cap in a friendly international against Iceland at Stebonheath Park in Llanelli on Wednesday, February 6.
One of seven newcomers selected by Geraint Williams, Burns has impressed the Wales Under-21 boss.
He made his Championship debut in a recent 4-0 home defeat to Leicester and again featured as a substitute when Bristol City lost 1-0 against Leeds United at Elland Road last weekend.
