Academy product Joe Bryan was called up as a replacement for injured left-back Greg Cunningham and played his part in helping Bristol City earn a precious Championship point at Vicarage Road.

Bryan produced a superb run and cross to create a goal for Marvin Elliott and, apart from a couple of unforced errors, stood up to Watford's pace and movement.

But has the 19-year-old done enough to retain his place against Leeds United next weekend and does he have what it takes to deputise for Cunningham, who will be out of action for up to two months.?

“If Bryan's going to be dropped, then Fontaine & Wilson should be looking over their shoulder as well.Keep playing him but sign TWO commanding CB's and the midfield leader we need.”
