Bristol City striker Ryan Taylor could miss rest of season
Bristol City striker Ryan Taylor could miss the rest of the season after fracturing his collar bone in today's npower Championship clash against Ipswich Town at Ashton Gate.
The Robins came from behind to win 2-1, but their victory was marred by the serious injury that forced Taylor off after just 16 minutes.
City's young target man fell awkwardly after going in for an aerial challenge with Town defender Tommy Smith and had to make way for Steven Davies.
He was taken to hospital where x-rays later confirmed he had suffered a fracture.

Bristol City head coach Sean O'Driscoll confirmed: "We have seen the x-ray and it is a clean break.
"Whether or not he needs a metal plate put in it will be decided in the next couple of games. If the break is too wide and is not going to mend naturally, they will have to plate it.
"If that happens, then his season is probably over. It is a blow to us and maybe we will have to look to bolster the numbers."
Midfielder Neil Kilkenny limped off towards the end of the game after turning an ankle and O'Driscoll confirmed the Australia international is a doubt for Tuesday's home game against Watford.
He said: "I'm not sure it's too serious, but he will definitely be touch and go for Tuesday night."

“Tough break ( No pun intended) and with Pitman sold we need another target man.
Jay Boothroyd anyone?”
