Bristol City winger Albert Adomah declared himself "over the moon" after scoring his first goal for Ghana in a friendly international against Tunisia in Abu Dhabi.

Adomah came off the bench to help his country register a come-from-behind 4-2 win in their final warm-up game ahead of the African Cup of Nations finals, which kick-off in South Africa next week.

Having staked a claim to start in the Black Stars' opening group game against DR Congo, Adomah said: "I'm delighted to get my first goal for Ghana.

"As a winger, I'm here to create, so scoring is a bonus. It feels even better when it helps the team to win.

“More Goals & Assists than Bolasie
More Goals & Assists than Zaha
Done than in a bottom of the table team
    Full International
    Scored in an International

Keep banging them in AA because your value is at least £5/6m now if Zaha's worth £10/12m.”

“If Alby has a great ACON, it could be great news for City. He's under contract for another season and already has more goals and assists in the Championship than Palace's highly-rated forward Wilfred Zaha. If they're talking £12m+ for him, Adomah should be worth more than £3m and the Board should hold out for more.”

“He'll be gone and maybe best for everyone, the circa £3 million, can strengthen several key areas.”
