Bristol City will give fans the chance to meet their heroes on their annual open day at Ashton Gate on Sunday.

The free of charge event begins at 11am and players from the first-team squad will initially be in the Williams Stand car park mingling with supporters between 11.30am and 12.30pm.

A further opportunity is available from 1pm until 2pm in the Williams Stand.

At the same time, fans liaison officer David Lloyd will be interviewing manager Gary Johnson and a few players on the tannoy.

There will be no training session on the pitch as the groundstaff need every opportunity outside of the home friendlies to get the turf ready for the new season.

A fun-fair will also take place in the car park with face-painting an option for youngsters.
