Bristol City fans plot 1909 revenge
Bristol City supporters donned Edwardian bowler hats and tweed suits yesterday to launch the centenary celebrations of the club's 1909 FA Cup Final against Manchester United.
Former City players Gerry Sweeney and Paul Cheesley turned out at Ashton Gate in the kit worn by the sides at Crystal Palace on April 24, 1909, and lent their support to a rematch being played on the 100th anniversary, organised by the Bristol City Supporters Trust.

A team of City supporters will take on their United counterparts from the Manchester United Supporters Trust at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
The two sides will sport replica kits from the 1909 match and adhere to the rules of the time – no subs.
BCST chairman Stuart Rogers said: "In 1909, Bristol City were very much on a par with Manchester United. We're proud to celebrate this centenary."
