Head coach Sean O’Driscoll has welcomed Bristol City’s decision to slash ticket prices for next month’s npower Championship clash with Sheffield Wednesday.

City take on the Owls on Easter Bank Holiday Monday in a fixture that could have a profound influence on the relegation battle.

And Robins directors have decided to reduce the price of an adult ticket to just £10 in a bid to fill Ashton Gate.

City have beaten Ipswich, Watford, Nottingham Forest and Barnsley at the Gate since O’Driscoll arrived in January and the head coach admitted: “We have all felt the lift the crowd and the players have given one another over the past four home games.”
