Battling Bridgwater continued their surge towards the play-offs in Division One South and West of the BGB Southern League last night.

The Somerset side are now up to sixth in the table, and they never looked back after Jamie Price put them ahead in the first minute.

Graham Merceica netted a second in the 29th minute and Nat Pepperell wrapped up the game two minutes before half time.
