Uxbridge 1 Bridgwater Town 2: Despite their punishing schedule, Bridgwater continue to pick up priceless points in their late bid to reach the play-offs in Division One South and West of the BGB Southern League.

This was their third game in six days and they face three home matches at Fairfax Park this week, starting with a derby clash against Paulton Rovers this afternoon.

However, they actually slipped back to seventh in the table after Thatcham boosted their goal difference against Andover.

Rob Lawrence headed Bridgwater into a 23rd-minute lead and Dan Forward made it 2-0 in the 67th minute before Lee Tunnell pulled a goal back for Uxbridge.
