Bridgwater Town 1 Gosport Borough 2: Bridgwater's late surge towards the play-offs in Division One South & West of the Southern League was halted by Borough.

The Somerset side now find themselves seventh, five points adrift of fifth-placed Didcot Town with both teams having two games remaining.

Bridgwater had only themselves to blame for losing against Borough after missing a hatful of chances.

Gosport went ahead in the 24th minute when Graham Lindsey was quickest to react to a headed flick from Josh Thomas before scoring.

Chris Young put Bridgwater back on level terms with a header in the 42nd minute but Lindsey took advantage of some sloppy defending to net the winner in the 78th minute.
