Braley bags a try as England's youngsters edge out France
CALLUM Braley, a gold member of Bristol's Elite Player Development Group, helped England Under-18s to a 18-16 victory over France at Fylde RFC.
The former St Mary's Old Boy's scrum-half, who has made two first-team appearances for Bristol in the British & Irish Cup this season, made his international mark by touching down for a 21st-minute try.

Braley said: "It was a fantastic experience. Playing for your country was an honour, but scoring a try, and being on the winning side against a good side like France, was really special.
"It was a really tough game, and they came back at us hard in the closing stages and scored a try at the death. But, luckily for us, they missed the conversion."
England Under-18s head coach John Fletcher said: "It was a tight game and we felt that we probably did enough to score a couple more tries, but we're delighted to get the win. The game lacked a bit of fluidity in the second half and we seemed to get a bit nervous at times, but it's our first competitive match together and this win will breed confidence."
Former Keynsham flanker Steve Uren, who at 17 became the youngest player to represent Bristol in a league match, would have joined Braley in the England Under-18s squad, but was ruled out after sustaining a back injury against Moseley seven days earlier. England's next fixture is against Scotland on March 17.
The rearranged clash between ASSE South league leaders Ivybridge College and second-placed Filton takes place today at the WISE Campus (2pm).
Filton must win if they are to have any chance of making the semi-final play-offs.
Filton skipper Sam Hanks said: "Basically, it's win or bust. There's no second chance – if we lose this game then we're out of the competition."
Filton Boss George Tavner will select from a full-strength squad, with the exception of injured Bristol and England Under-18s flanker Uren.
Filton will be hoping to avenge a 22-10 reverse suffered against Ivybridge in November.
