A schoolboy is being treated at Frenchay Hospital after being struck by lightning.
11-year-old Joe Compton was hit by lightning yesterday afternoon in his school's car park in Swindon.

The student at Dorcan Academy in Swindon is currently in a "serious but stable condition".
The boy received first aid from school staff after going into cardiac arrest before paramedics from the Great Western Ambulance Service arrived.
