GFA SUNDAY CUPS: Bristol Regional Sunday League Division II side Inter FC booked a place in the GFA Intermediate Cup quarter-finals in devastating fashion.

Goals from George Boon (4), Martin Withey (2), Kevin Rose (2), Ashley Wintle and Joe Pople sealed a 10-1 win over struggling Bristol Sunday League Division I outfit Wizard Wanderers and maintained a fine run of form which has seen them lose just one of their six games so far this season.

Nicholas Wanderers are also through to the last eight after a 6-1 victory over Sarafan Sports.

Goals from Mackindi Kondwani (2) and Rich Harvey saw Regional League Premier Division side Lebeq Reserves secure a narrow 3-2 victory over The Anchor, from Bristol Sunday League Division I. Gareth Thomas and Paul Simenon scored for The Anchor.

David Scutt scored a penalty in extra-time to grab the decisive goal for Wessex League side The Swan (Hanham) in a keenly-fought contest with Bristol Sunday League Division II side BAWA Sports.

Scutt had already scored in normal time to add to two goals from Luke James as the two teams were locked at 3-3 after 90 minutes. Dan Oakley, Nav Bamla and Kye Kamily were on target for BAWA.

A penalty shoot-out was needed to separate Bristol Sunday League Division III rivals The Squire and Cathedral City in the GFA Sunday Minor Cup. Andy Helling, Dave Fennel and Chris Hill netted for The Squire as the tie finished 3-3 after 120 minutes and they held their nerve to win 4-1 from the spot.

A Peter Arrowsmith double and goals from Rob Worlock and Rich Lee helped Regional League Division III table-toppers CK FC see off Bristol Sunday League outfit Shire Sunday 4-2. Tony Beacham grabbed both consolation goals for Shire.

Tyler and Koran Gayle scored the goals to help Bristol Sunday League Division III strugglers Avon Plate Reserves secure a surprise 2-0 victory over Wessex League side SWYD Sports.

Nick Maynard (2) Billy Hudsmith and Georgio Rigali were on target as AFC Brecon beat Regional League Division III rivals Spartan 4-0.

Regional League Division IV high-flyers Sporting Bristol Reserves stretched their unbeaten start to the season with a 3-2 success over Stoke Lane Athletic thanks to Scott Campo (2) and Nick Brumpton. Scott Rogers and Russ Payne replied for Stoke Lane.

Lebeq booked their place in the GFA Sunday Premier Cup semi-final with a 2-0 success over Ashton.
