Bookings take off for Disabled Afloat Riverboats Trust
Who would have thought it! After two years of struggling to find people who would like to take a boating holiday bookings with Disabled Afloat Riverboats Trust (DART) have suddenly taken an upward turn. Since the 2013 programme launched in December almost half of this year's holidays have been taken up. And no wonder. Where else can people with special needs find an economically priced holiday with great company, as much (or as little) activity as they want aboard a boat on one of Britain's most picturesque canals.
Our volunteer DART crews are experts in helping people to get the best out of their holiday. All you, your carer, family or friends have to do is book on and get to the base.
