Enda Bolger will launch a four-pronged attack on the Glenfarclas Handicap Cross Country Chase at Cheltenham today in a bid to win the race for the fourth time in five years.

Since its inception in 2005, the master of this type of race has plundered every renewal, bar three years ago when Philip Rothwell struck with Native Jack.

The iconic cross country specialist Spot Thedifference took the inaugural running, while Heads Onthe Ground and Garde Champetre have taken the two most recent events.

That pair will be joined in the race by stablemates L'Ami and Drombeag.

Wichita Lineman will have to fend off 23 others if he is to land an ante-post gamble in the William Hill Trophy.

Having been 20-1 when the weights were revealed two weeks ago, the eight-year-old is the sponsor's current 6-1 favourite.

Willie Mullins has nominated David Nicholson Mares' Hurdle favourite Quevega as his best chance of a winner at the festival.

Quevega was pressing for favouritism before the withdrawal of Champion Hurdle-bound Whiteoak and now heads the market as a general 5-2 chance.
