“First of all we would like to thank the emergency services for such a quick response and for doing all they could to help. We would also like to thank those who have taken the time to pay their respects and sympathies. But to Susan and Alexander, We lost someone so dear to us and you take this painful ordeal as your own soap box! How can you be so selfish? Not only is it inappropriate and uneducated but also very disrespectful not only toward us ( his family ) but to the police who felt it was important to be there. Do not blame them for wanting to help where they're needed!”

“R.I.P Too many motorcyclists die on our roads! Car drivers really need to look in their mirrors and be completely aware of the changing scenes around them. Its standard driving! Motorcyclists are so vulnerable and cyclists too!

Perhaps everyone should take advanced driving? Then we'd all be as good as the police at driving and also we'd be able to understand how careful they are when they do drive at a high speed. Also it would probably cut alot of RTAs on our roads!”

“Petty petty petty You should all think about the life of the young man that was lost.As i am sure that you would feel different if it was a family member.
RIP young man and my thoughts are with the family at this very sad time”

“I was one of the first people to reach the body of that poor man last night. I will never forget that sight. I think the police did a fantastic job, even if they weren't able to save any lives, I feel the quicker they can secure a scene the better.

A friend of mine who is a policeman recently had to take his emergency driving test and said it was one of the hardest things he has ever had to do, I have every confidence in their driving skills.

My heart goes out to the family of the biker and to those in the car involved in the crash.”

“Alexander and Sue Underwood, please be sure to give your ludicrous and uneducated views about response driving to the "999" operator if you ever have the need to call the emergency services. We wouldn't want to "endanger lives" or "drive too fast" to get to you, would we?

People like you make me sick and so proud to be a public servant.

Walk a mile in OUR shoes before you critisize..........”
