Bicycles worth £6,000 stolen during break-in

POLICE are trying to track down three bikes stolen from a garage in Longwell Green.

Worth about £6,000 in total, they were taken during a break-in on Craven Way at about 4am last Thursday.

A neighbour called the police after being woken up by a loud noise.

Officers were on the scene within ten minutes of the call, but there was no trace of any suspects.

The garage door had been forced and the three bikes taken by a group of men who got away in a dark vehicle, thought to be a van.

The bikes stolen were a white Orbea, black Specialized, both pictured, and a white Specialized model.
