Whitchurch lost to Lansdown in the Konica Minolta Bristol Youth Cricket League Under-17 Section C, despite a fine all-round performance from Ben Jefferies.

He took 3-18 as Lansdown were led to 160-6 by 58 from Charlie MacKenzie.

Jefferies dominated the Whitchurch reply with 105 but his side finished on 146-6.

Bristol West Indians made 128-3 against Pak Bristolians, who were bowled out for 81. Gus Singh took four wickets without conceding a run.

In Section A, Hawkesbury made 143-7 against Cam, who responded with 137-7, while in Section B Seb Hull made 39 not out and Matt Beachamp an unbeaten 37 as Hambrook overcame Frampton Cotterell's 85-6 with eight wickets left.

In the Under-11 Section A, Matt Bligh top-scored with an unbeaten 21 in Coalpit Heath's 99-3 against Rockhampton, who were kept to 81-8 as Fraser Crawford took 3-9.

In Section C, Hanham overcame Whitchurch's 71-2 with four wicket left, Pak Bristolians surpassed Bristol West Indians' 101-5 with five wickets remaining and Stapleton had nine wickets in hand as they reached a target of 79 against Bitton.

In Section D, Liam Bennett and Aaron Blake both made 25 retired in a Twyford House total of 82-1 against Bristol YMCA A.

Joe Barnard led the reply with 21 and the game ended in a tie with the YMCA on 82-4.

In the preliminary round of the Dave McCarthy Under-11 KO Cup, Matt Adams made an unbeaten 28 in Hanham's 97-4 against Carsons/Mangotsfield, who responded with 54-7. Charlie Pugsley took 3-7 for Hanham.

In the Under-13 Section B, Matt Taylor returned 3-8 as Frenchay Red bowled Bristol Phoenix out for 68. He then led his side to a seven-wicket win with an unbeaten 24.

Ollie Amos took 4-1 in four overs as Frenchay Blue dismissed Bradley Stoke for 30 in Section C. Frenchay completed a seven-wicket win.

Ben Jones claimed 3-15 as Whitchurch B restricted Bristol Pakistanis to 72-6 in Section D. Whitchurch reached the target with five wickets left.

Bristol West Indians overcame Lansdown's 111-5 with two wickets in hand.

In Section E, Aaron Harvey hit an unbeaten 56 in Twyford House's 113-3 against Bristol YMCA, who replied with 101-9.

In Section G, Long Ashton A surpassed Nailsea B's 82-5 with seven wickets remaining.

Old Bristolians/Westbury rattled up 212 against Gordano Downs, thanks largely to 90 from Collingwood and 46 not out from Oldfield. Scott Baxter made 29 as Gordano Downs were bowled out for 108.

Portishead made 138-3 against Bedminster, whose reply fell short on 128-7.

In the MCC Spirit of Cricket Under-13 National Cup Bristol Group, Brislington overcame Pak Bristolians' 108-6 with four wickets left and Stoke Bishop had a seven-wicket win over Bishopston B, who were dismissed for 42.

Whitchurch had 33 from Williams and 29 from Bowen in a total of 100-6 against Stapleton, who had 29 from Duncan Collis and 28 from Isa Ghaiden in a reply of 94-4.

In the South Glos Group, Marcus Wormwell top-scored with 25 in Thornbury's 90-5 against Almondsbury, who had 35 from Danny Stone in a reply of 88-4.

Elsewhere, Bitton (117-1) beat Hanham (88-7), Frenchay Heath (113-1) overcame Carsons/Mangotsfield (82-6) and Coalpit Heath (67-0) defeated Rockhampton (65-4).

In the Under-15 Section B, Bristol Phoenix made 113-6 against Downend A, who replied with 83-7.

In Section F, Ollis (68 not out) and Fairless (36) guided Brislington to 163-1 against Whitchurch, who had 44 from Ben Lloyd in a reply of 121-6.

In the Nationwide Building Society Under-15 National Cup Bristol Group, Coles made an unbeaten 64 in Shirehampton's 90-5 against Stoke Bishop, who won with five wickets left.

James Wilson (26) and Millard (24 not out) led Stapleton to 105-5 against Bristol West Indians, for whom Lewis Pierre made 26 in a reply of 89-4.

In the South Glos Group, George Harris and Luke Bunting made 52 and 51 not out respectively as Hanham totalled 173-1 against Carsons/Mangotsfield, who could manage only nine in reply.

Matt Downs (41) and Alex White (34) were the chief contributors to Frenchay's 127-4 against Bradley Stoke, who were bowed out for 59.
