Bath City's midfield could have a foreign look to it at Blue Square South title hopefuls Dover Athletic on Saturday (3pm).

Boss Adie Britton hopes to have received international clearance for Romanian Florin Ioan Pelecaci in time for the long trip to Kent and a game which will again see his threadbare squad stretched to the limit.

Pelecaci, who has played top-flight football in both his homeland and Hungary, is a friend of City's Portuguese cult hero Sido Jombarti and has been training with the squad in recent weeks.

Bath have been hit by a spate of injuries recently and Britton has inquired about defensive duo Jamie Cheeseman of Frome Town and Ross Adams of Chippenham Town but has not held talks with either player.
