A COURSE to encourage Bristol schools to put real bread on the menu is due to take place tomorrow.

The workshop will be hosted by the Square Food Foundation at its brand-new purpose- built training kitchen at the Park in Knowle West from 2pm to 5pm.

The workshop will be attended by teachers and cooks wanting to pass on bread making skills to pupils in the classroom. The course will also highlight the financial savings baking your own bread can make.
