Hotel.
Lolene describes her sound as "awkward pop", which she says is pop with quirky undertones.
She went to St Patrick's Primary School, Brislington School and St Brendan's College, and studied at the Bristol School of Dance.
She says Bristol is where it all began.
"I used to sing at the Hippodrome in pantos and things like that," said Lolene. "And I did the HTV drama workshops, and had parts as an extra in Casualty.
"I always wanted to do something like this, and I worked really hard. I went to London to be part of a girl group but then got into writing songs, and it was during a trip to America that I got signed by the producer JR Rotem and then Capitol/EMI.
"I am now living in Los Angeles permanently but I will be touring soon – I can't wait to come back to Bristol.
"I don't get back much, even though my mum and brother and friends still live there. They normally want to come and visit me!
"It's great living here, I love the people and the sun and it is such a positive place. It is all a dream come true for me."
