Armed police in Bristol drugs arrest
Armed police yesterday arrested three men suspected of being involved in drug crimes in Filton..
At about 3.30pm, Avon and Somerset police stopped a car on the Avon Ring Road,near Coldharbour Lane.
Eyewitness Gary Lewis was driving past when he saw the officers pointing guns at a man.
Police spokesman Wayne Baker said: "Armed police stopped a vehicle in Filton as part of a pre-planned drugs operation. Three people have been arrested."

“i doubt if the police pointed a gun just for smoking a joint ,they were arrested for suspected drug crime ,which im sure these people who deal drugs would have no worries of pointing a gun at anyone who got in their way ,as the police are aware, and cant afford to take chances”
